agency responsible for oversight and administration of the PWFA. It will cover the expansive
scope of coverage under the new law, including the nature, circumstances and conditions
beyond pregnancy, the types of employer requests permitted and forbidden, the types of
accommodations automatically expected, whether an employer must forgo performance of
essential job functions and much more.
