Her work focuses on aligning AI technologies with strategic objectives while ensuring responsible governance and stakeholder alignment.
Drawing from global consulting experience in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, with multinational companies like Johnson & Johnson, Generali Insurance, and Philip Morris International, Kristina bridges technical teams, executives, and subject matter experts to develop ethical AI strategies.
