A Winning People Mindset To Unleash Human Potential

September 17 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

September 17th 10:00AM to 11:00 AM – Register

In summary, a mindset change is necessary to engage people and unlock their full potential to drive sustainable, industry-leading performance.

In 2023, less than one-third of the US workforce was actively engaged, highlighting a critical issue with significant implications for productivity. Additionally, since 2005 annual productivity increases in the US have averaged 1.4%, compared to 2.1% since 1948, when the BLS started tracking workforce productivity. The correlation between engagement and productivity is well-established, and organizations must recognize that their people are the value creators. However, merely acknowledging this fact isn’t enough; a fundamental mindset shift is necessary to unlock the full potential of people, teams, and organizations.

This session will clarify the essential elements to drive value creation and present a process and models to embed this mindset within your organization

Audience Takeaways:

  • Reintroduce and clarify the value creation formula for productivity,
  • Highlight the two most important people “business” metrics,
  • Introduce models and processes driving business and people alignment,
  • Provide one foundational but critical action step.
