Presenter: Toby Stark is the founder and president of Stark Associates Insurance Agency, a New Jersey-based independent insurance agency specializing in Medicare, employee benefits, long-term care, life, disability, and individual health insurance. With decades of experience, Toby is committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses make informed insurance decisions through education, personalized guidance, and exceptional service.
In addition to leading his agency, Toby is an author and publisher dedicated to making complex insurance topics easier to understand. He is the author of the book Medicare, You Earned This!, an educational guide designed to help consumers confidently navigate Medicare and retirement healthcare planning. Through his publishing efforts, Toby continues to create practical resources that empower individuals to make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage.
Toby is an active community leader and serves on the Board of Directors of the Monmouth-Ocean Development Council (MODC). He is also a member of the state legislative affairs committee for the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals New Jersey chapter and serves on the organization’s Federal Medicare Advisory Committee. A longtime member of the Eatontown Lions Club, Toby is committed to serving his community through education and volunteerism.
Toby is also a proud volunteer and supporter of the Folds of Honor, helping raise funds to provide educational scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen and disabled service members and first responders.
