Celebrating a Year of People-First Moments at Primepoint

At Primepoint, 2024 was a year defined by incredible milestones and meaningful connections that truly reflect our people-first culture. From significant honors to impactful community involvement and exciting new initiatives, we’ve celebrated every moment with our team, clients, and community.

An Award-Winning Year

             

We were pleased to receive the Top Workplaces Award in NJ and Philadelphia for the third consecutive year, an accolade that emphasizes the supportive, innovative, and collaborative environment we’ve encouraged for our team. Adding to this achievement, we were recognized with the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Family-Owned Business Award, celebrating the family values that remain at the core of everything we do.

A Year of Giving

Giving back to the community is fundamental to Primepoint. In 2024 we have proudly supported the philanthropic endeavors of our staff and clients by participating in or sponsoring events that are near and dear to them. In addition to these, we added a new organization to our repertoire. We had the privilege of volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House, by preparing a meal for the families of children receiving care in the Delaware Valley. Coming together as a team to make a positive impact on families in need, was a humbling experience and we are grateful to have had this opportunity.

Welcome to the Club

We also strengthened ties with our local sports community by unveiling the Primepoint Club with the Trenton Thunder, and the Primepoint Club, Primepoint Legends Lounge, and Primepoint Premium Entrance at Subaru Park, home of the Philadelphia Union MLS Team. These spaces symbolize our deep commitment to cultivating connections and community spirit.

Speaking of the Philadelphia Union, we proudly gathered at Subaru Park this October for our annual Primepoint Picnic. It’s a day we look forward to each year, to celebrate and appreciate our Primepoint team and their families. An event filled with good food and live music, it’s the perfect way to come together and show gratitude for everyone’s contributions.

Going Back to Our Roots

In an exciting return to tradition, we relaunched the Primepoint Government User Groups—our first since the pandemic. These events provide an invaluable opportunity for our team and clients to collaborate, exchange ideas, and strengthen partnerships. Our first Government User Group of 2024 was held in March at the Commissioners Club at MetLife Stadium, covering topics such as Primepoint technology, IROC reconciliation, and change management. The following User Group was held in October at the Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton Township, NJ, and covered Leave Law updates and management, workflow, preparing for year end, report writer training, and document management.

This year marked a significant brand refresh, reflecting our evolution and the modern, innovative solutions we deliver. The new look reinforces our identity as a company that balances cutting- edge technology with a personal, human touch.
