A Primepoint User Experience

At Primepoint, we know the importance of a great user experience – and we also know that a great user experience goes far beyond the computer screen. With that in mind, we’re jumping offline and into the real world with face-to-face events that cultivate relationships and strengthen our bonds with our customers.

This past October, we invited our Government User Group to join us for an educational experience at the Grounds For Sculpture in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. The public not-for-profit sculpture park and museum features over 300 contemporary sculptures and 42 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. This unique and extraordinary venue offered the perfect setting for our live event.

After a warm welcome from Hamilton Township Mayor Jeff Martin, we were ready to get started! Our guests were excited to break out of the office for a day of involvement, engagement, and invaluable learning.

Against the stunning backdrop of the Grounds For Sculpture, our user group members had the chance to connect, share ideas, and learn – from Primepoint staff and one another.

Workshops & Breakout Sessions

Throughout the day, Primepoint representatives and users delivered insightful updates on latest developments, shared useful tips, and held intimate breakout sessions for dynamic, hands-on learning. These sessions provided a fantastic opportunity for users to dive deep into the Primepoint system and enhance their skills. From a “Report Builder” session on how to build custom data reports to a government user-driven session on “Preparing for Year End,” we covered frequent to-do tasks for government agencies. Most importantly, we leveraged an in-person user experience to help our guests broaden their understanding of our systems.

After lunch, our guests had the chance to discover the Grounds For Sculpture at their leisure. We enjoyed dramatic, thought-provoking art and discovered the park’s lush grounds and gardens. Most importantly, we experienced it all together, forming bonds outside of emails.

A User Experience with a Human Touch

With their intimate vibes and emphasis on connection, our face-to-face events are a unique component of the Primepoint user experience. When we connect with our customers on a deeper level, we gain a personal understanding of their individual set of needs – and the ability to deliver customized and dynamic solutions.
