Employee health is influenced by far more than access to medical care. Social Determinants of Health (SDoH)—including factors such as housing, transportation, food security, financial stability, and access to care—play a significant role in employee well-being, workplace productivity, and healthcare costs.
In this webinar, Tamalyn Wandler will explore how employers can better understand the impact of SDoH on their workforce and why addressing these factors has become an important component of a comprehensive benefits strategy. Attendees will learn how thoughtful plan design, targeted resources, and data-driven decision-making can improve employee outcomes while supporting organizational goals. Leave with practical strategies for identifying opportunities to better support your workforce and create healthier, more resilient organizations.
