For us it was a year of big moves and bright lights, but more than anything, 2025 was a year of connection. At Primepoint, we often talk about the “Primepoint Experience.” This year, that experience felt more like a community than ever before. Here is the story of our 2025.
A Quarter Century of Excellence
The most significant milestone of 2025 was celebrating our 25th Anniversary. Since our founding in 2000, we have evolved from a small family operation into the company we are today. Reaching this silver anniversary provided a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our history while reinforcing the values that have guided us for two and a half decades.
Putting Down Roots in Philly
Growth is exciting, but it’s only meaningful if it brings us closer to the people we serve. That’s why opening our new Philadelphia office was such a highlight.
It’s more than just a new zip code; it’s a central hub where our team can grab a coffee with a client or brainstorm a solution face-to-face. Being in the heart of the city allows us to feel the pulse of the local business community we are so proud to support.
Celebrating the Work, Not Just the Awards
We were incredibly humbled to be named a 2025 Fast 50 Honoree by the Philadelphia Business Journal and to receive the UKG Operational Excellence Award.
While the trophies look great on the shelf, what they really represent is the trust you place in us every payday. These awards belong to our resilient team, who show up every day to make sure your workforce management is seamless, so you can focus on what you love.
A Workplace That Feels Like Home
For the fourth year in a row, we were named a Top Workplace by the Philadelphia Inquirer and NJ.com.
This one hits home because it comes directly from our employees. We’ve grown fast, but we’ve worked hard to keep that “family-first” spirit. We don’t just want Primepoint to be a place where people work; we want it to be a place where they feel supported, heard, and inspired to grow their careers.
Where Work Meets Play: Primepoint Social
2025 was also the year we decided to have a little more fun! Through our partnership with Comcast Spectacor, we launched Primepoint Social and the Primepoint Lounge at Xfinity Mobile Arena, where guests will enjoy an elevated experience.
Whether you join us for a post-game toast or a private event, our goal is simple: to create a space where people can connect outside of spreadsheets and software. Because at the end of the day, business is built on relationships.
Honoring the Heart of Primepoint: Bea Bothwell
Amidst the celebrations, 2025 also brought a moment of quiet reflection. In September, we said goodbye to our founder, the remarkable Bea Bothwell.
Bea was a trailblazer long before “entrepreneur” was a common title for women. From her early days in the public sector to building the foundation of what became Primepoint alongside her husband Al and son Dave, she led with grit and grace.
But beyond her business savvy, Bea was our heart. She treated every employee like family and every client like a neighbor. Everything we achieved this year, and everything we will achieve in 2026, is a tribute to the values she instilled in us. We grow because she planted the right seeds.
