Learn how applying best practices within all HR functions – from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, DEI, Benefits, HR Technology, Employee Engagement, Total Rewards, to Wellness – positions your HR department to contribute meaningfully to your company’s bottom line.
This 60-minute interactive session from longtime HR thought leader, Scott Rosen, combines practical insights and lessons learned from Scott’s 28 years of HR experience. Much of the material in this presentation comes from Scott’s soon-to-be published book, “Transforming Your HR Department into a Profit Center.” Attendees will leave with a clear roadmap for steering their HR department through the identification and addressing of best-practice gaps on their journey toward transforming HR into a profit center.
