We’re phasing the rollout of the Help Center to ensure a smooth launch and gather feedback along the way. It’s an easy-to-use online hub with clear, step-by-step guides for our Core payroll tools, and we’re continually expanding it to cover more of our HR solutions. You’ll be able to find what you’re looking for quickly, without having to call or send an email.

Meet Bea: Your 24/7 AI Sidekick

To make the Help Center even more effective, we introduced Ask Bea, a smart, AI-powered chatbot designed to point you in the right direction fast.

Bea’s trained to search the Help Center and guide you to the right info, whether it’s a quick how-to, a step-by-step process, or just help finding the right section. She’s available around the clock and doesn’t take a day off. Think of her as a shortcut, not a replacement.
