Scheduled System Maintenance Policy:
Primepoint performs regularly scheduled software and hardware maintenance every Thursday between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm EST. During this time you may experience periodic outages, generally ranging from 15 to 30 minutes. Primepoint strives to keep outages to a minimum and more often than not you should see no downtime.
On the last Thursday of the month there is a higher probability of a short 15 to 30 minute outage.
Ad hoc Maintenance:
If a maintenance event requires a longer window, or is expected to have longer downtime it is normally scheduled for a weekend. Advanced notice will be posted as an alert in the system.
