Primepoint provides support to its customers in many ways.  If you are an Authorized Payroll Contact and have questions about your payroll, payroll taxes, or technical questions about one of our systems, contact your service team by clicking here for our Business Support Form, or calling 800-600-5257 and select Option 1, and then you will be asked to select the appropriate option for your service team.  New customers, who are still in transition, should select the Startup Team.

If your service team cannot answer your question directly, they will have the appropriate Primepoint staff member speak with you.
