Our Core Payroll Processing Package offers efficient online processing and includes these features:

Full Service Online Payroll Processing

  • Quick and easy with Primepoint's online payroll system, Business Access™(BA) that securely hosts employee information and accurately calculates payroll. 
  • Process an unlimited number of payrolls for up to 50 employees each. For businesses with more than 50 employees to thousands, tailored Major Account services are available.
  • Receive secure access to dozens of standard and interactive payroll reports within BA.
  • Create customizable home-page dashboards to display frequently-used or critical data.    

Electronic W-2s

  • W-2s are processed each January and are conveniently available electronically within Business Access™ (BA) for business administrators and within the EmployeeXperience®(eX®) for employees.

Complete Tax Service

  • No need to worry about filing payroll taxes. Primepoint will electronically file payroll tax returns and remit payroll taxes to the IRS, client's primary state, and 1 additional tax jurisdiction.  These services can be extended to additional tax jurisdictions for a small additional fee.
  • It’s easy for you because Primepoint will debit from your business's designated bank account the payroll tax liabilities incurred each pay period and remit to the appropriate jurisdiction.
  • To make it simple for you to have access to tax reporting detail, all payroll tax returns filed by Primepoint are available electronically within Business Access®(BA).

Employee Direct Deposit

  • With direct deposit included as a basic part of our Get It Done Payroll™ package, along with our EmployeeXperience® (described below), once you process payroll Primepoint will credit employee bank accounts or payroll debit cards on pay day. How simple is that?

Employee Self Service Portal eX®

  • Primepoint's EmployeeXperience® (eX®) is a secure, employee self-service payroll portal.  Launched in 2003, eX®was the first employee portal offered by a payroll service provider to small and mid-sized businesses.  Still part of Primepoint's standard suite of technology, eX® makes it easy for employees to:
  • Self-enroll
  • Receive a text message or email when the online paystub is ready for viewing
  • Quickly view or print a paystub
  • Quickly view or print the year-end W-2 
  • Review pay history
  • Run a report that details wages and deductions for any time period
  • View several different graphical reports to analyze wages and total compensation
  • Quickly review basic personal information and electronically request changes
