SUMMARY:ACA 1095C Prep & Benefit Management Training - October 7th Session
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\n\n\n\n  \n \n\n2 Webinar Sessions to Choose From \n\nOctober 6th\, 3:00 PM – Register\nOctober 7th\, 9:00 AM – Register\n\n1 SHRM and 1 HRCI Credit Available \nIt’s time for Primepoint’s bi-annual jump start sessions to prepare for the 2025 ACA Season! Last year we expanded our filing capabilities to include filing 1095-B forms for smaller employers who are self-insured (this includes NJSHB\, HIF\, SHIF\, level-funded\, etc.) with great success! This means we can produce either the 1095-B or the 1095-C based on your needs. \nThe IRS implemented that if you must produce more than 10 forms\, they are required to be filed electronically. The IRS does not provide an electronic filing option to the “public” so you do not want to get caught scrambling at the last minute. \nDon’t miss out on this session! Our presenters will review what you should be doing now to prepare for meeting the March 1\, 2026 deadline to furnish the forms to your employees and the March 31\, 2026 filing deadline. We’ll also review how the Primepoint system’s Benefit Management functionality can streamline your 1095 process and help you track your variable hour employee’s hours so you can offer benefits on time should it become necessary. \nDuring This Event You Will Learn: \n· Changes to the reporting requirements\n· The requirements to determine if you do\, or do not\, need to file\n· What makes a variable hour employee eligible for benefits under the ACA\n· How to maintain employee records in Business Access to streamline your process\n· How to use the various utilities in the Primepoint system to help ensure compliance\n· What help you can expect from the Primepoint HR Solutions support team \nOctober 6th 3pm to 4pm – Registration \nOctober 7th 9am to 10am – Registration

SUMMARY:Immortal HR: The Death and Resurrection of Ms. H.(Harriet) R. (Rose) Job: A “Path to Immortality”
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE\n\n\n\n  \n \n\nBefore the Covid Pandemic\, Ms. HR Job was targeted by many within her organization and done away with. This was vividly shown by Marc Miller in his brilliant talk /”show”\, a detective story called “Who killed Ms. Harriet Rose Job (HR JOB)?” In this\, his 2017 – 2018 keynote “Detective” Miller showed us that Ms. HR Job was considered (among other things) as having the work traits that showed her to be Irrelevant\, Indifferent\, Indecisive\, Incompetent\, and Inflexible with no new skills\, as he called them the “5 Fatal I’s”. But now\, as a result of Covid (enter “Connie Vid) (Ms.) HR Job is at the center of many issues and initiatives vital to the survival of an organization. HR Job is now considered critical by all and must be heard and preserved and she must never again die. She must be Immortal! How did this happen? Who and what helped Ms. Harriet Rose Job be resurrected and become needed and critical if not IMMORTAL? Find out by attending this lively presentation. \nLearning Objective 1: \nThe original case/crime – the Death of HR Job – the “Crime of the Century” in 2018 is summarized; suspects interviewed\, and motives identified. Why was Ms. Harriet Rose Job – (HRJOB) “done away with” and by whom? What did “she” not have or deliver. What is different today? You will find out. \nLearning Objective 2: \nFind out how Ms. H. R. Job (HRJOB) changed her Mindset and her attitudes and actions. What components of her Mindset did “she“ embrace that helped her? Nine (9) Mindset components will be discussed including her embracing AI\, Analytics the need for EE engagement\, DEI&B\, Career Journeys and the use of underlying HR Technology. \nLearning Objective 3: \nFind out who Ms. Harriet Rose Job collaborated with? What did the ‘Working Groups” she participated in deliver during the timeframe of the pandemic and still today? Members of the Working Groups will be shown and include Ms. Anna Lytics\, Mr. Al Gorithim\, Sir Werk Fromhume\, Mr. Hyman Brid\, Ms. Jen Zee\, and others. \nSpeaker – MARC S. MILLER – PRESIDENT\, MARC S MILLER ASSOCIATES \nMARC S. MILLER is a nationally known consultant on all aspects of technology solutions for Human Resources. \nHe is one of the HR Technology industry’s most recognized\, invigorating and creative voices.  He uses his thought leadership\, significant industry experience and contacts to provide insight into the important trends surrounding HR Technology.  His consultancy is the longest active sole proprietorship in the HR Technology Strategy space. \n\n1 DLGS\, 1 SHRM\, and 1 HRCI Credit Available \nJune 6th 11am to 12pm – Registration \nZoom Webinar: Click Here to Register

The session will also help HR professionals to expand their toolkit with strategies and resources that they can use to offer support to employees experiencing these challenges. \n1 SHRM and 1 HRCI Credit Available \nNovember 7th 12:00pm to 1:00pm Register \nZoom Webinar: Click Here to Register \n
