Primepoint’s employee self-service technology streamlines communication with your employees. Human Resource departments can regularly communicate important information to employees, as well as distribute company documents electronically. Employees can use the system to keep Human Resources up-to-date on their personal profile information and communicate with their supervisor to request time off. The Human Resource and Payroll departments will experience fewer interruptions from employees who need basic information and/or forms because they will have electronic access to those items. EmployeeXperience® Help

If you're having trouble accessing your EmployeeXperience® account, review the information below. If you are still having trouble after you have reviewed the information below, please contact your employer. For security reasons, the Primepoint Operations, Customer Support, and Technical Support staff may discuss your personal account information only with the individuals in your employer's company who have been approved as authorized contacts.

If you already have an EmployeeXperience® account set-up and are having trouble accessing that account, please review this information:

  • Your User ID and Password are case sensitive.  Ensure your caps lock is not on.
  • Double check the typing of your User ID and Password information.
  • It may help you to know that Passwords are at least 8 characters long and contain at least one letter and one number.
  • If you know your User ID, but have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password feature on the EmployeeXperience® login page by clicking the link worded "Forgot your Password? - Click Here." Follow the on screen instructions.
  • Note that by attempting to login with the wrong password too many times will cause the system to lock you out.  In that situation you can use the forgotten password feature mentioned in the point above to reset your password, which will unlock your account.
  • If you do not know your User ID, contact your employer who will be able to provide you with that information.

If you're having trouble creating your account, please review this information: 

  • Click the EmployeeXperience® link in the green User Logins menu at the top of this page, which will take you to the login page.
  • On the login page click "Need to Enroll" and follow the on screen instructions.
 Note: 
  1. To enroll you will need to have a valid email address.
  2. Your employer should have provided you with the EmployeeXperience® Enrollment Code.
  3. Depending on the information your employer entered into the payroll system you may need to answer some of these security questions to verify your identity:
  • What is your birthday?
  • If you use direct deposit - What are the last 4 digits of your Direct Deposit Bank Account?
  • What is your phone number?
  • What is your zip code?
  • What is the net amount of your last pay?
  • What are your Federal exemptions and Federal Marital status? Example: Married 2
