Primepoint Holds Annual Shareholders' Meeting

April 25th, 2010 - Primepoint employees and shareholders came together for their annual shareholders meeting at the Olde York Country Club in Chesterfield, New Jersey. In addition to an overview of the company's progress by Alex Bothwell, Primepoint's CEO, a panel of company executives provided a presentation and Q&A session on some of the latest Primepoint initiatives. The panel specifically covered the company’s progress with technology integration and the benefits this integration offers Primepoint partners and customers. In addition the panel reviewed details of the successful launch of its EmployeeXperienceTM web interface. The EmployeeXperienceTM is an additional employee benefit that employers can offer to their employees at no additional cost to the business or the employee. The panel also went on to discuss the company's continued success with applying its co-branding model and the positive impact that model is having on early 2010 sales. As a part of his company overview, Mr. Bothwell reviewed 2009 sales results, which showed that Primepoint grew 25% year over year, clearly outpacing the overall economy. Mr. Bothwell pointed out that the company's continued success is a result of the solutions customers receive from Primepoint's 21st century technology, its highly experienced staff of professionals, and its co-branding model. |
