Primepoint Holds Annual Shareholders Meeting

April 26th, 2009 - Primepoint employees and shareholders came together
for their annual shareholders meeting at the Olde York Country Club in
Chesterfield, New Jersey. This year's meeting was dedicated in
remembrance of Al Bothwell Sr., who founded the company with his wife
Bea. In addition to an overview of the company's progress by Alex
Bothwell, Primepoint's CEO, other executives spoke about specific
advances the company has made in the last year that will provide more
services and products to customers and prospects. They presented
details about new departments that Primepoint has added, such as the
new Integrated Employer Services division, Time and Labor Management ,
and a new employee benefit brokerage and consulting agency called the
HeartSTONE Group . As a part of his company overview, Mr. Bothwell
reviewed 2008 sales results, which showed that Primepoint continued its
growth even though the overall economy shrunk considerably. Mr.
Bothwell pointed out that the company's continued success is a result
of the solutions customers receive from Primepoint's 21st century
technology and its highly experienced staff of professionals. Mr.
Bothwell also said that Primepoint's 2009 results to date are also very
favorable and will meet or exceed the company's sales growth goals.
