Question: I am not logged on, why am I receiving a “User logged in” message?

Answer: Most likely, you were logged into the system and closed your browser window without first clicking the "log out" button. For security reasons this creates a situation in which you need to wait 60 minutes for the system to automatically reset. For immediate access you can call customer service at 800-600-5257
