Question: I am using the correct User ID and Password, why can’t I login?

Answer: If you are attempting to process payroll, be sure you are logging in under "Business or Enterprise Login." -- (2) Remember, login information is case sensitive. -- (3) If you just received your temporary login information, your account may still be inactive. Give it some time or call customer service (800-600-5257) to activate your account.
