Failing to Adhere to Laws Regarding Labor Law Posters
Could Result in Fines up-to $7,000!
Employers must post federal and state labor notices in each of their establishments and in a "conspicuous" place where all employees can view them, such as the lunchroom or break room. Fines for failing to post are imposed by various agencies and range from $100 per offense to $7,000.
To comply with the various posting regulations you can research the regulations, download the many individual posters from various government websites, and clutter your office with many individual 8 1/2" x 11" signs. You will need to keep track of government regulation changes in order to know when to download the new signs and repost accordingly.
